Shipping and Delivery
We are trying to offer the best customer service and to let you know about the location and the status of your order. Understand that we are not a robots and sometimes we may forget to check your shipment location. It could be in your local post office and they could return it to us because it's unrequested (don't worry, usually this period is 2-3 weeks) so please check occasionally the shipment status (with the tracking number we will give you) of your order if didn`t contacted you about it.
Yes, we offer DHL shipping. For Europe it takes 1-2 business days to arrive and for the rest of the World takes 2-4 business days. DHL service cost usually 33€ and could be chosen as a shipment method in every ring, pendant or other jewelry products page. We offer if only for small parcels. If you are interested of DHL service for canvases and other bigger parcel please contact us.
We do not take the responsibility for shipping delay. Please understand that some circumstances not depend on us and our capabilities, but on the post services, weather and possible technical problems with the means of transport involved in the delivery process. From our side we make every effort to give our best.
We protect your privacy by writing basic generic descriptions on all parcels. For example, if you order a "Masonic Ring", we will only write: "Souvenir." We won't write any specific content descriptions. We NEVER write Mason, Eastern Star, etc. Due to a high volume of gift shipments, we never show any prices. So, feel free to ship a gift to a friend. We usually put a minimum value on the export documents over ~$40.00 USD/ 30€.
Return, Exchange & Refund
Only returns (with prior authorization and full tracking) should be sent to the warehouse address we provide to you upon inquiry. Returns without prior authorization information enclosed may not reach the correct service department.
Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We have ring size chart. You could find it here: https://masonartstore.com/ring-size-chart But as a professionals we will always advise you to go to the local goldsmith to measure your ring finger.
Sometimes the design you want us to craft for you is very expensive. Its like that because the design has a lot of details with right angles or repeating details. They are very hard for the handmade work. The modelist should craft an entirely new model. And if something goes wrong with the carving process we will fix it and we will cover all extra costs. But it takes also a time which cost money also. When the modelist is ready, the goldsmith should do the after work. The most important for you to know is: 1. We cover all extra cost works and materials that stay behind your unique jewel. 2. All prices given by our customer support team are not random but made according to all jewelry and modelist ethical and professional standards.
Plating has some durability but isn`t as strong as the normal metal - silver/gold. But it's not so expensive to repair the plating when it wears off and you can go to every goldsmith to do this for you. With normal use, it will last 1-2 years. And then you can leave it to any goldsmith to recover it and to wear it again until it wears off again. But you should be careful when you wear it - no lifting weight in the gym with it, no masonry, blacksmithing and such heavy works with abrasive and hard materials.
We produce all our rings on silver because the silver is easy to work with. We made to order the gold jewelry (not only to show how it looks), because the losses during the crafting are very big.
Yes we offer but at this time we do not have a specific wholesale prices because depends on the product. Please email us and we will assist you.
You should contact us withing 24 hours of order placing to cancel it. Otherwise we start crafting it and you will be charged 20% crafting fee.
If there is some problem with your order, you ordered a wrong size or something else please contact us within 24 hours of order placing. If it's later you could be charged for crafting fee.

Most items are shipped ~5-10 business days after the order and after payment has been cleared. We have some products that requires longer crafting period (within ~20 business days, for example if the order is custom). Please ensure your email and phone number are correct upon checkout. We ship Monday - Saturday. All packages have tracking unless otherwise noted.
Due to our high volume of gift orders we DO NOT display pricing on our packing slips.
The patina (blackening) is better in the concave parts as its much more durable than the painting. It will last in time much longer. But the painting is also very durable and strong and we also can recover if you send us your jewelry.
Our jewelry is made of solid sterling silver or gold but itself it's not solid but hallow back. We make it that way because its much more light and this make it easier to wear it in your everyday life and also much more cheaper. If you want we can craft it with a filled back (to be entirely solid) but it will cost double or triple of the current price as there is extra work on it and also its weight will be double or triple.
