We have a flexible 30-day return policy that starts the day you receive your item in the mail.
Contact us within: 14 calendar days of delivery (prior to sending back your item).
- Login to your profile and click to the Account page.
- Click View your order history.
- Find your order and click on the Eye symbol(to view it).
- Click the Back arrow (to enter the return form).
- Fill the fields and click Submit.
- Wait us to contact you and approve your return request*.
- Ship the item back within: 30 calendar days of delivery
There is also Guest Return form. Just fill the fields and click Submit
- Custom or personalized orders items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping cost & refund:
- Buyer pays the return shipping.
- Shipping Upgrades are nonrefundable.
- If there is some problem with your order, you ordered a wrong size or something else please contact us withing 24 hours of order placing.

*Only returns (with prior authorization and full tracking) should be sent to the warehouse address we provide to you upon inquiry. Returns without prior authorization information enclosed may not reach the correct service department.
Note! You are responsible for your return until it is received by our staff. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please, ship your item back via insured, trackable delivery.
